Vets & Vaccinations…

We have a 24 hour vet on call in case of emergencies.

All cats must be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu – these must be up-to-date and shown on admission. These vaccinations must be given 2 weeks prior to boarding – FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR CAT NOT BEING ACCEPTED TO BOARD.

Flea treatment should be administered prior to their stay, we are a flea-free zone.

VACCINATIONS  Please ensure your cat has had the relevant vaccinations within the last 12 months.

FLEA TREATMENT  We are a FLEA FREE ZONE so please make sure your cat has been treated against fleas on the day of arrival. Veterinary recommended flea treatments are Advocate and Stronghold.

FOOD  We provide a huge range of food both wet and dry – please speak to a member of staff about the food we have. If your cat is on a special diet or medicated diet please let us know in advance to your cat staying.

TOYS, BLANKETS & HOME COMFORTS  We are more than happy for you to bring any of your cats comforts to the cattery. We have a huge range of toys, fluffy blankets and scratching posts for your cat also so please do not worry if you choose not to bring them along.  If your cat is new to the cattery I recommend bringing along a blanket with their smell on to help settle them.

NOTE If your cat is new to the cattery a little note explaining your cats likes and dislikes goes a long way.  We can hang this on their chalet door and know exactly what they like and what they do not like.  This enables us to be a few steps ahead of gaining their trust and getting them as settled as quickly as possible.
